Help out a Family in need this Season!

There is a very special little boy born to a very special friend of mine. His name is Bentley James Shawen. He was born September 10th, 2010.

He has two brothers that were born before him but sadly they are with God now. It wasn't until after they passed away that the family found out they had a blood disorder that caused too many blood clots. The family has been through so many hardships with the loss of their children.

Since Bentley was born they have found that his blood is clotting quickly too. The family has been doing everything that they can to keep him safe and healthy, but sometimes things just happen. He has already been hospitalized twice in his few short weeks of life so far. And as we all know the cost of medical bills can be overwhelming.

My friend and I started a fan page on Facebook called Support the Shawen's. We have so far raised over $100 to help our dear friends with their financial struggles and really hope to help some more. I have created this kit I called, "For Bentley" in order to try and help raise some more money for this family. Every kit sold will go to help pay for gas to drive to his weekly appointments or any medicines he may need and of course for the overwhelming medical bills that are adding up.

This kit is obviously boy themed and I've included a few medical type elements for sick kids or trips to the doctor. It includes 15 papers & 25 elements.

Creative Team Opportunities!!

Well it has been a while since I've actually had a Creative Team to work with, I've been meaning to have a CT call for the longest time. But the reality is I'm not quite caught up with everything else. Life is just happening and my time is spread pretty thin lately with school, my son, designing & trying to find the time to edit photos and scrap my own LO's. But in the meantime there are always opportunities to be on my Guest CT with each of my kits, all you have to do is be a fan on FACEBOOK I have really come to enjoy giving all of my fans a chance to get a kit that they might like all for free. The only thing I require is 1 or 2 LO's posted in my STS gallery and in Fan photos on my facebook page!!
